An International Tournament in Perak?

There were some interest shown for an International Tournament in Perak during Mal/Singapore. I am now talking to a few people to see if this idea can materialise. There are unique problems in Perak as my older readers will be aware of. Still finding solutions to obstacles is the only way to becoming stronger. Any ideas out there?
