The higher common denominator is holding on to the belief that we can still mathematically win if every single person continues to fight on. That it is still possible. And the lowest common denominator is to succumb to negativity.
That was the situation we faced during Mal/Singapore on Friday night and that was what I said to a couple of our Juniors. Some had resigned to a night of Chor Tai Ti. But to their credit they agreed to an early night when urged to rest.
It's not over till the fat lady sings. Mal/Singapore showed that. I hope we remember this lesson in our future outings. When we are fighting for the dignity of our Country.
