Personally I make a distinction between trainers and coaches. The trainer teaches in the classroom and the coach teaches at the battlefield. The coach keeps the players positive, review strategies round by round. The coach helps to win tournaments. The trainer helps to win games.
For excellence we need good coaches. Singapore has a coach called Watson Tay. I am talking to him at the moment. I will keep you informed of any progress.
