The new MCF is populated by people who are aware that the GM will come from someone with not only all the necessary knowledge but also with a strong fighting spirit.
They will also be constituted by people with the correct skill sets to talk to the corporates.
The new MCF will be a learning organisation as befitting the head of a mental sport.
Now the question is how to get there. Next.

ReplyDeleteQuiet? No, we were busy watching live telecasts for Commonwealth Games 2010.. Two weeks ago I would say Wong Mew Chiew loss was embarrassing, as she was the better player in that Badminton Women Single's Final. Today I could say that she fought on with courage, despite having a recurring knee injury.
:) That fighting spirit needs to be nurtured, developed. Remember this. No one and I mean no one is born with a strong fighting spirit. Recognise that the spirit is not willfulness or stubborness. We know where that leads to. They cannot change course. They can reject a mountain of evidence before them. The spirit sees. It can change course. Dont confuse the two. This is important.
