Idea for Asian Amateur

Asian Amateur offers a unique opportunity for Malaysia to shine. In other International Tournaments we usually find ourselves outgunned. The cap of 2100 gives our Juniors a chance to take some medals as they are around that level.

My suggestion is for the sponsors/organisers to subsidise the juniors entrance fees. This will free up the resources of the parents to invest in training before the tournament. Tournaments alone is insufficient, we need trained players to fight in those tournaments.

This is a golden opportunity for us to lessen the burden of the parents of National Juniors.
